About the role

As an International Field Marketing Manager, you are responsible for bringing the company’s marketing strategy to life across international markets through events, activations, partnerships, and commercial marketing initiatives.

You will work closely with Sales and Brand Marketing to generate pipeline, strengthen market presence, and create impactful customer experiences across the event, venue, and entertainment industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute international field marketing plans that support commercial objectives and regional growth priorities.

  • Coordinate and manage participation in international trade shows, conferences, venue expos, hospitality events, and industry gatherings to increase market presence and create commercial opportunities.

  • Identify and evaluate relevant field marketing opportunities across key markets, ensuring alignment with business goals and target audiences.

  • Lead end-to-end execution of field marketing initiatives including event planning, stand coordination, activation concepts, logistics, materials, and local supplier management.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales teams to maximize lead generation, customer engagement, pipeline creation, and conversion opportunities through field activities.

  • Translate central marketing campaigns and brand initiatives into impactful local and event-based activations.

  • Coordinate sponsorship executions, event partnerships, and on-site engagement opportunities to increase visibility and strengthen industry relationships.

  • Organize side-events, networking sessions, customer gatherings, and hospitality activities around strategic industry events where relevant.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with event organizers, venue operators, external partners, suppliers, and regional stakeholders.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for field activation and commercial growth.

  • Oversee preparation and deployment of marketing assets and event materials for international field activities.

  • Ensure consistent execution of existing brand guidelines across all field marketing touchpoints and event environments.

  • Manage budgets related to events, activations, sponsorships, and field marketing programs to ensure efficient resource allocation and measurable business impact.

  • Coordinate external agencies, production partners, and operational suppliers across multiple international markets.

  • Measure and report on event performance and field marketing effectiveness using KPIs such as leads generated, pipeline contribution, customer engagement, attendance, and ROI.

  • Support expansion initiatives by creating scalable field marketing programs in new markets and industry segments.

  • Travel internationally when required to represent the company and support execution of key events and customer activations.

Job requirements

What you bring

  • 3–6 years of experience in Field Marketing, Event Marketing, B2B Marketing, Trade Marketing, Partnerships, or a related commercial marketing role.

  • Experience coordinating events, trade shows, activations, or customer experiences.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Comfortable coordinating suppliers, agencies, and international stakeholders.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track performance and translate insights into action.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Hands-on mentality and willingness to travel internationally.

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

  • Experience in events, venues, entertainment, hospitality, technology, or fast-growing international businesses is considered a plus.
